House rules

Dear Guests,

To ensure that you get the best service and always return home happy, there are

certain rules you should follow. Therefore, our policy is as follows:

 

  1. Consultation is required: A consultation is always necessary before starting any treatment. You can make an appointment by telephone, on our website or in our Studio during opening hours.
  2. Cancellations/appointment changes: If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your treatment as an availability fee.
  3. Arrival: Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment.
  4. Refusal of treatment: Our staff may refuse your treatment if you do not cancel 24 hours before your appointment- and you are ill, under the influence of alcohol/drugs, your hygiene does not meet normal standards. Please make a new appointment instead!
  5. Please exist in the Studio without disturbing our colleagues and other guests.
  6. Everyone must sign a health consent form. 80% of our treatments have disqualifying conditions that prevent us from performing them on you. Be honest, we want to help you, not cause you problems. In some cases, we may ask you to seek the opinion of your specialist.
  7. Passes/treatments are not transferable to another person.
  8. Please always bring your treatment form with you.
  9. Please take care of cleanliness, slippers will be provided or a foot bag will be provided in the Studio.
  10. No visual or audio material of any kind may be recorded in our Studio without the owners permission.
  11. Your data will be handled strictly in accordance with GDPR.
  12. Our studio has a camera system that only ensures the safety of the people inside.
  13. By completing and signing the health declaration, you agree to be bound by the rules of the house.
